I attended the most amazing session yesterday about something I hadn’t heard of. I tagged along with a bunch of friends to a late session about PostSecret.com. Not sure what it is, same here. But what I saw in a measly hour left me with an impression that will last a lifetime.

Kudos to Frank Warren, BLUEBRAIN Music and Fireman Creative for a FANTASTIC multi-media display.

There isn’t enough space to describe the site, I’ll let Wikipedia do that.  Let me just say that the site and the subsites it’s spawned (like ifoundyourcamera.net and the facebook page “Please don’t jump” reinforce in me the idea that the Internet can be used to Do Good. In this world of social media, 24/7 connected-ness, the site shows that there are people who feel alone, really alone, and what they need is a way to confess or get their feelings heard.

I’ll leave you with just a sampling of the secrets.  I encourage you to visit the site.  You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll stop and think. My advice to you: put on your favorite ambient tunes, sit down, buckle up and enjoy the ride.
