Eden East isn’t quite like any other restaurant in Austin. Technically, it isn’t even a restaurant.  Part food-trailer, part gourmet picnic, and wholly original, Eden East is situated on Springdale Farms in Austin’s burgeoning east side.  Sure, there are local, organic, fresh and free-range options aplenty in this town, but how many eateries are LITERALLY farm-to-table?
