Luke Sullivan featured in new book “Breaking In”

Our very own Luke Sullivan is featured in the newly published “Breaking In: Over 100 Advertising Insiders Reveal How to Build a Portfolio That Will Get You Hired.” The book, written by William Burks Spencer, is a compilation of interviews with many senior creatives, recruiters, and ad school directors. The overall themes covered are student portfolios, how to get in touch with the right people, how to interview, and specific tactics to use in order to break in the ad industry. Most creatives and large ad agencies have differing opinions on how they prefer to be approached and ultimately how they go about hiring creatives. The book is a fantastic read for today’s students looking to enter into the ad industry, but really anyone looking for work could benefit from the advice given from these industry leaders.
