In September, L.L.Bean and its advertising partner, GSD&M are launching the latest round of the Free Shipping campaign. One of L.L.Bean’s largest and most successful marketing offers, the Free Shipping Fall campaign sets out to remind consumers that L.L.Bean is making good on its promise of doing what’s right by offering universal free shipping on all products.
Campaign elements consist of online, TV and print efforts. All work features the free shipping communication but also authentic, testimonials from L.L.Bean employees and an inside look into on the tried-and-true testing of the products.
