AUSTIN, TX—October 30, 2014—GSD&M announced today that Victor Solares has joined the agency’s Studio Services team in the role of user experience lead. In this position, Victor will work with multidisciplinary teams and clients to design and communicate strategies that enrich and empower end users. In addition, he’ll act as an evangelist to drive user-centered design methodology in all stages of development from conception to post-launch for GSD&M digital efforts.

“Victor has demonstrated exceptional cross-departmental collaboration,” said Anne Rix Sifuentez, VP/director of Studio Services at GSD&M. “Since joining the team, he’s made impressive contributions to both internal and client projects, and we’re excited for him to apply his design principles to projects going forward.”

Prior to joining GSD&M, Victor worked at Ultra Electronics where he was responsible for applying user-centered design methodologies to develop new products and enhance existing products with a focus on the end user. Victor is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He served as an Aerospace Command and Control Technician at Ramstein Air Base in Germany, where he was responsible for managing advanced radar surveillance systems.
