Great panel and some fantastic one liners; “You never know what a monkey eats until it shits” not sure exactly what that means but somewhat gets down to authenticity.  Understand who you are and what you stand for and don’t over inflate yourself.  What is more valuable 100 good fans that know who you are and what you stand for or hundreds of thousands of fans that want to know what have you done for me lately?  It is really a volume vs. value discussion and changing the way we and our clients view what is sucessful in the social media environment.
